Job Summary
A2 Agro Allied is seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the movement, storage and distribution of goods while ensuring efficient operations, proper inventory control and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- * Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- * Coordinate transportation, warehousing and distribution activities.
- * Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- * Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- * Supervise logistics and warehouse personnel.
- * Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and business partners.
- * Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare operational reports.
- * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- * 3–6 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- * Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is strongly preferred.
- * Good knowledge of inventory and stock management systems.
- * Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
