Job Description
Royal Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Stores & Logistics Personnel to join its growing Aircraft Engine Repair Centre Stores team at Dubai World Central (DWC), UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, tracking, and distributing aircraft engine parts and materials. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring that all materials are handled in accordance with aviation safety regulations, quality standards, and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify aircraft engine parts, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper traceability documentation.
• Store and organize aircraft engine components in accordance with established procedures.
• Issue parts and materials to maintenance and production teams as required.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control activities.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain relevant shipping, inventory, and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged items, and inventory irregularities.
• Support efficient warehouse operations and ensure the proper handling of aircraft components.
Qualifications and Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in stores, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in aviation or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations is an advantage.
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation control skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with aviation quality standards.
