Strategic Jobs Africa is seeking a responsible and organized Ride-Hailing Fleet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a ride-hailing fleet in Accra. The successful candidate will manage drivers, coordinate vehicle maintenance, handle operational emergencies, and improve fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage driver recruitment, administration, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure drivers understand safety regulations, service standards, and traffic rules.
- Arrange routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections.
- Handle accidents, vehicle breakdowns, driver-passenger disputes, and traffic violations.
- Monitor mileage, trip volumes, fuel consumption, and fleet performance.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and operational reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Senior High School certificate or above.
- At least two years of experience in fleet management, vehicle administration, logistics, or ride-hailing operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations is an advantage.
