Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and professional Personal Driver to transport the employer and family members. The primary responsibility will be ensuring the safe and timely transportation of children to and from school and other activities, as well as running daily errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the employer, family members, and especially children to designated locations (including school runs).
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle (both interior and exterior).
- Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, brakes) and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure punctuality.
- Run personal and official errands as requested by the employer.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's Licence B is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in professional driving.
- Must be child-friendly, patient, and responsible, as the role involves transporting kids to school and other activities.
- Excellent knowledge of Tema, Accra, and surrounding routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically fit, punctual, and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation:
- Salary Range: 3,000 - 3,500 (GHS)
