KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire investors.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors to support fleet expansion targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new vehicles and investors.
- Conduct due diligence on incoming vehicles to ensure compliance with ride-hailing platform standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Verify vehicle documentation, including DVLA registration, insurance, and mechanical condition.
- Ensure investor vehicles meet all platform compliance and vehicle requirements to support the company's fleet growth targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet investors.
- Address investor inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong, long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and distribute periodic financial reports and performance statements.
- Report on key metrics such as driver earnings, maintenance costs, platform commissions, and net ROI.
- Support investors with onboarding, vehicle tracking, and insurance coverage updates.
- Maintain high levels of investor satisfaction, trust, and engagement.
- Monitor local market conditions in Ghana.
- Work with executive leadership to refine investor payout models, risk-sharing frameworks, and investor incentives.
- Provide market insights and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development, account management, sales, investor relations, or a related field.
- Experience within transport, logistics, fintech, asset management, or banking in Ghana is preferred.
- Strong existing network of potential high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, or corporate vehicle owners is a major advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong financial literacy and the ability to clearly explain financial and yield models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience using CRM software and presentation/slide deck tools.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with DVLA requirements, driver management practices, and ride-hailing operations.
- Background or experience in automotive financing, asset tracking, or insurance.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations and vehicle ownership models.
- High level of integrity and professionalism; excellent attention to detail and financial accountability.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
