JOB SUMMARY
Take full charge of overall operation and management of the company's ride-hailing fleet in Accra. Mainly oversee driver administration, vehicle maintenance, and emergency incident handling; ensure safe, efficient, and orderly fleet operation; reduce operational risks; improve service quality; and sustain steady fleet performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Manage daily affairs of fleet drivers, including recruitment, pre-job training covering safety regulations, service standards, and local traffic rules, as well as work scheduling.
- Arrange routine maintenance, upkeep and inspection for ride-hailing vehicles, formulate regular maintenance plans.
- Deal with all kinds of emergencies during fleet operation, including traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, driver-passenger disputes and traffic violations.
- Monitor regular fleet operations, collect operational data such as mileage, order volume and fuel consumption, analyze operational bottlenecks and put forward optimization suggestions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- High school diploma or above; academic requirements can be relaxed for candidates with fleet management, logistics transportation or ride-hailing operation experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ride-hailing fleet management or vehicle administration.
- Strong overall coordination, emergency response and communication & negotiation skills to deal with unexpected incidents efficiently.
