Job Summary:
MGA Consulting Ghana Limited is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting company staff, executives, and goods to designated locations, ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, and adhering to all traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport company personnel, executives, and materials to required destinations in a timely manner.
- Plan and follow efficient routes, demonstrating a strong knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas to avoid traffic delays.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Perform routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, tires, brakes) and promptly report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date vehicle documents (insurance, roadworthy, registration, etc.).
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist with other logistical or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License (Required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Navigation: Excellent knowledge of Accra routes and surrounding areas.
- Record: Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed with a strong sense of responsibility.
