Job Summary:
Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and laundry are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
- Manage linen, laundry operations, and cleaning supplies inventory.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the maintenance department.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management.
- 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
