Role Overview:
Field Research Coordinators manage the logistics, personnel, and quality assurance of field data collection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise enumerators and field teams.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, and scheduling for field activities.
- Ensure data quality through spot checks and daily data reviews.
- Manage field budgets and expenses.
- Liaise with local authorities and community leaders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating field research.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
