Position:
Quality Assurance Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the College's internal quality-assurance framework, procedures and annual quality plan.
- Monitor compliance with NACTVET standards, accreditation conditions and approved institutional policies.
- Coordinate internal academic audits, programme self-assessments and readiness for external reviews.
- Review course files, lesson delivery, assessment practices, moderation records and student feedback.
- Track corrective and preventive actions and verify that agreed improvements are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics documentation, customs clearance, shipping, freight forwarding.
- Experience in import/export operations and customs documentation.
