Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our production line. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products, packing finished goods, and maintaining general cleanliness and safety within the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform manual assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials onto production lines.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and factory floors.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Report machinery faults, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in stocktaking and inventory counting as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SHS certificate (SHS Graduate).
- Valid Ghana Card (mandatory).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Prior factory experience is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in or around Tema (Comm 25 area).
