Job Summary
We're seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Logistics Officers. If you're passionate about logistics and delivery operations, we'd love to hear from you! This role requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track shipment inventory and assign consignments to Dispatch Riders, Logistics Support Officers and Drivers.
- Monitor dispatch activities in the field and perform daily shipment reconciliation.
- Track e-commerce deliveries, cash-on-delivery, and undelivered returns.
- Supervise operational staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Submit daily operational reports to the branch coordinator.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, or a related field (Social Sciences acceptable).
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in:
- Courier services
- Warehouse management
- General logistics
- Knowledge of the Ashanti Region.
