Job Summary:
We are seeking physically fit and hardworking individuals to work as Loaders. The primary responsibility is to safely load and unload goods and materials, ensuring they are handled without damage and moved to designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload cargo, materials, and goods from trucks or storage areas.
- Safely move materials to designated locations using manual handling or basic equipment.
- Inspect goods for damage during loading and unloading, reporting any discrepancies.
- Stack and organize materials securely to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Follow all safety guidelines regarding lifting techniques and workplace hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized loading bay or warehouse area.
- Assist with general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No formal education required; ability to follow verbal instructions is essential.
- Proven physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on Saturdays if required.
- Basic communication skills and a reliable, punctual attitude.
