Job Summary:
Holly Trans Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Makola, Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our shipping and logistics services. We are specifically looking for individuals who possess a strong combination of sales expertise and logistics industry knowledge to effectively meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the shipping, freight, and logistics sectors.
- Sell freight forwarding, clearing, courier, import/export, and supply chain solutions to both B2B and retail clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field sales visits, telesales, and client presentations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in Sales (e.g., Field sales, B2B, Retail, Telesales, FMCG, or Insurance).
- Experience in the Logistics/Shipping industry (e.g., Freight, Clearing, Courier, Import/Export, Supply Chain) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or able to commute reliably to Makola, Accra.
