JOB SUMMARY
We are an innovative electric vehicle (EV) fleet operator in Ghana. We are seeking a highly responsible, firm, and practical Fleet Risk & Asset Management Specialist to oversee both financial risk (debt collection & financial compliance) and physical asset security (weekly vehicle inspections, accident resolution, and maintenance scheduling).

- Repair, Maintenance & After-Sales Coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in fleet management, auto insurance claims handling, microfinance debt collection, or vehicle rental/Work-and-Pay operations in Ghana.
- Hands-on familiarity with local automotive repair workflows, basic EV/auto diagnostics, and insurance claim processes.
- Valid Ghanaian driving license; proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and audit logging.
- Fluent in English.
- Native or fluent proficiency in local languages (Twi is mandatory; Ga or Ewe is an advantage) to handle tough driver negotiations and accident scenes.
