KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, check, and record incoming stock.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items that need replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Issue stock to relevant departments or customers as required.
- Monitor damaged, expired, or missing stock and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of stock.
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
