Job Description
- Oversee and control daily on‑site work, including team organization, material delivery, and work schedules.
- Lead, assign, and supervise tasks for labourers and artisans across all trades.
- Maintain and enforce high‑quality construction standards throughout the site.
- Enforce strict safety regulations; conduct regular site visits and promptly address hazards or violations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify deficiencies and implement immediate corrective solutions.
- Monitor and manage equipment shortages, wastage, defects, and potential operational risks.
- Prepare reports on construction activities and report daily to the Construction Manager on all site activities.
- Ensure timely completion of works in line with project schedules and milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction.
- Proven track record of working on commercial or high‑rank projects.
Key Competencies:
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports on construction activities.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
