A senior site leadership role with overall responsibility for delivering building projects on programme, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all site activities from mobilisation to handover.
- Manage subcontractors, site staff and suppliers, including materials, labour and cost control.
- Enforce quality control and health and safety requirements across the site.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks and variations to management and the client.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years' construction experience, including at least 3 years managing sites for residential or commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, programme management and building regulations.
- Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software is an advantage.
