_A leading security company based in Abuja, providing professional guard services to individuals, corporate organizations, government institutions, and various sectors of the economy, seeks an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and drive business growth.
- Oversee deployment and supervision of security guards across client locations.
- Supervise installation and management of security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Nigerian security laws and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, operational performance, and profitability.
- Lead recruitment, training, and discipline of security personnel.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Oversee risk management, incident response, and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminology, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in the security industry, with at least 5 years in senior management.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and business development skills.
- Sound knowledge of Nigeria’s private security regulatory framework.
- Experience managing both manned guarding and electronic security systems.
