Job Description
The IT Operations Manager will oversee the company’s IT systems, infrastructure, and technical support operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise IT support and technical staff
- Monitor and maintain company servers, networks, and systems
- Ensure system security, backups, and data protection
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate system upgrades, installations, and maintenance
- Manage IT inventory and equipment
- Provide technical support to staff when necessary
- Prepare reports on system performance and operations
Requirements
- HND/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT support or IT administration
- Good knowledge of networking, hardware, and system administration
- Experience with troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Strong communication skills
