Purpose/Job Summary
The job holders will provide administrative and operational support to all staff members within Risk Management & OCEO divisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain efficient documentation, filing, and confidential information management system across divisions.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, divisional events, and travel logistics (including SAP Concur processing,visas, accommodation, and in-country protocols).
• Manage internal and external correspondence, draft letters, take meeting minutes, and maintain updated stakeholder and project databases.
• Respond to non-technical stakeholder queries, exercising sound judgment in escalating issues appropriately.
• Oversee vendor-related administrative processes, including collation of divisional feedback, subscriptions, and recurring expense settlements.
• Support administrative and operational efficiency through procurement coordination, IT liaison, distribution list management, and general secretarial duties.
Minimum Qualifications
A first degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an administrative position
Previous experience in supporting multiple individuals across a team is extremely important.
