Job Description
• Lead the electrical function of the Services & Operations (SOS) department: overseeing all electrical systems, including process, utilities, infrastructure and support systems.
• Ensure operational availability, reliability and safety of electrical assets across the plant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
• Manage maintenance planning for electrical systems, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage budget for electrical operations (spares, maintenance contracts, upgrades) and optimise cost vs performance.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers/technicians; set KPIs, monitor performance and ensure skill-development.
• Liaise with other departments (maintenance, production, utilities) for coordination on shutdowns, installations, commissioning projects.
