About the Role
Crimson Oak, on behalf of a company in the trading, manufacturing, and procurement sectors, is seeking a results-driven Head of Operations to oversee daily business activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that organizational objectives are achieved.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, coordinate teams, and implement processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate departmental activities and monitor performance.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Establish performance targets and monitor key operational indicators.
- Manage resources, budgets, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations management.
- At least five years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance and manage teams effectively.
