Job Description
Washking is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Lead to strengthen its operational processes, improve service delivery, and support business growth. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and operational capacity as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate staff, allocate resources, and monitor team performance.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with the Founder and CEO to support business growth and expansion.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, manage costs, and increase efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in operations management, team leadership, or service delivery.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- A proactive, accountable, and results-oriented approach to work.
Probation Period: First 3 months
Salary
4,000 - 4,500 GHS
