Job Description
SkyNet Express Ghana is seeking a dynamic, responsible, and self-motivated individual to join its Head Office team as a Regional Operations Supervisor.
The successful candidate will support the coordination of branch, terminal, and field operations, monitor shipment activities, assist in resolving operational discrepancies, and prepare reports to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Candidates with a background in logistics, courier services, or delivery operations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- * Coordinate and support branch, terminal, and field operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- * Track unscanned shipments, delivery delays, and operational discrepancies.
- * Ensure operational issues are promptly addressed or escalated to the appropriate team.
- * Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, delayed shipments, unscanned items, and related issues.
- * Maintain effective communication with branches, terminals, and operations teams.
- * Support the implementation of operational procedures and service delivery standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- * A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- * At least four years of experience in operations, logistics, or administration.
- * Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- * Male candidates are preferred, as stated in the original advertisement.
