About the Role
VivaFemini is seeking a highly experienced, strategic and commercially minded Head, People
& Culture to lead our people strategy, organisational development, talent management and
workforce transformation.
We are looking for an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record of building high-
performing organisations, developing scalable HR systems and leading multidisciplinary people
functions. The successful candidate must combine strategic leadership with strong operational
expertise and demonstrate the ability to establish the people infrastructure required to support
rapid organisational growth.
You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop VivaFemini's
organisational culture, attract and retain exceptional talent, strengthen leadership capabilities and
establish effective performance management and workforce governance systems.
This is a senior leadership position requiring substantial experience in strategic human resource
management, organisational development and people operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. People Strategy & Organisational Development
● Develop and execute VivaFemini's people and culture strategy in alignment with the
Company's long-term strategic objectives.
● Lead organisational design, workforce planning, talent development and succession
planning across all business functions.
● Develop scalable organisational structures, reporting relationships, job families and
workforce management frameworks.
● Establish and maintain comprehensive job grading, compensation, benefits and career
progression frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial
Relations, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
● Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources,
People Management or Organisational Development, including substantial senior
leadership experience.
● Demonstrated experience leading an HR function and managing multidisciplinary HR
teams, including HR Business Partners.
● Proven track record of developing and executing people strategies that support
organisational growth and business performance.
● Substantial experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition,
succession planning and leadership development.
● Strong experience establishing compensation structures, job grading frameworks,
performance management systems and employee development programmes.

Additional Advantages
● Professional membership or certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel
Management of Nigeria (CIPM), CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent recognised
professional body.
● An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational
Development, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
● Previous experience as a Head of HR, Head of People & Culture, HR Director or
equivalent senior HR leader.
● Demonstrated experience establishing or transforming an HR function within a startup or
rapidly scaling organisation.
● Experience supporting organisational expansion across multiple locations, business units
or geographical markets.
● Previous experience in healthcare, HealthTech, technology, financial services or another
regulated industry.
● Experience developing enterprise-wide performance management frameworks,
competency models, OKRs and leadership development programmes.
