The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for delivering effective HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including HR reporting, records management, learning administration, employee benefits, attendance management, and vendor coordination. Vacancy Description1. HR Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards. Monitor HR KPIs, provide workforce insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
2. HR Processes Administration:
Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
3. Learning & Development Support:
Coordinate training logistics, manage learning administration, track attendance, gather participant feedback, and support the execution of learning programs.
4. Employee Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships, ensuring employees receive quality services. Monitor service delivery and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Time & Attendance Management:
Maintain accurate attendance records and provide payroll-related information to support timely and accurate salary processing.
6. Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Provide HR data and documentation required for audits, regulatory compliance, legal matters, and business decisions.
7. Vendor & Agency Management:
Coordinate outsourced workforce administration, monitor agency headcount and costs, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
8. Absence Management:
Track and report employee leave and absence records, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing relevant insights to business stakeholders.
