About the Role VivaFemini is seeking experienced, proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partners
to support our departmental leaders in building high-performing teams and implementing
effective people management practices.
You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager and assigned departments to support
workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and
organisational development.
We are looking for hands-on HR professionals who understand how to translate business
objectives into practical people solutions, support managers in making effective workforce
decisions and maintain consistent HR standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering & Workforce Planning
● Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing practical advice and
support to departmental heads and managers.
● Work with departmental leaders to identify workforce requirements, develop staffing
plans and address people-related operational challenges.
● Support organisational design, workforce restructuring, succession planning and
employee development initiatives.
● Implement the Company's people strategy, HR policies and workforce management
frameworks across assigned departments.
● Provide regular workforce insights and recommendations to the People & Culture
Manager
Requirements & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
● Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources,
including substantial experience in HR business partnering, generalist HR or employee
relations.
● Demonstrated experience supporting departmental managers with recruitment, workforce
planning, performance management and employee relations.
● Strong understanding of HR policies, employment procedures and applicable Nigerian
labour legislation.
● Practical experience managing recruitment processes, onboarding, probation reviews and
employee documentation.
● Experience implementing performance management systems and supporting employee
development initiatives.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management
skills.
Additional Advantages
● Professional membership or certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel
Management of Nigeria (CIPM), CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent recognised professional
body.
● A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
● Previous experience in healthcare, HealthTech, technology or another rapidly growing
● Familiarity with Zoho People or similar HR management platforms.
● Experience implementing OKRs, competency frameworks, performance improvement
plans and employee engagement programmes.
