Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, engagement, and exit processes, while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
Key Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant, or in a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is required.
• Participation in an employability programme is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and regulations.
• Hands-on experience using Human Resources Management Software (HRMS).
• Excellent organisational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
