We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the consulting industry and will play a key role in recruitment, client management, payroll administration, and employee engagement while supporting overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring professional relationship management and timely HR support.
* Coordinate payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary administration.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
Support performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand workforce and staffing needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within the consulting industry.
Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in payroll administration and employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
