We are looking for a proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our client.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
* Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
* Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
* Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary matters
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
* Champion company culture and change management initiatives
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
* Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent
Requirements
* MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 7+ years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and influence across all levels
* CIPM certification is an added advantage
* Ability to resume immediately is required.
