Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all levels.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and industry regulations.
Drive staff learning and development programmes.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
Act as a trusted advisor to line managers and leadership on all people matters.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5– 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Prior experience in the oil and gas or industrial sector is a strong advantage
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
CIPM or SHRM certification.
