JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs through effective employee management, recruitment, training, policy implementation, and maintaining a positive work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certifications (such as SHRM or HRCI)
3–5+ years of HR experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and policy management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, interview, and hire employees
Develop HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Organize training and development programs
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support organizational planning and workforce management
Promote a positive culture.
