Job Description

As a Human Resources, Administration & Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in implementing HR, administrative, and customer service policies. You will ensure seamless office operations while fostering a professional and efficient workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage front office operations, including reception and visitor management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
  • Assist in delivering excellent customer service and resolving client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office performance and organizational efficiency.



Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
