Job Summary:
The Senior Medical Officer and Medical Officer will provide high-quality clinical care to patients, ensure effective diagnosis and treatment, and contribute to the overall delivery of excellent healthcare services at New Crystal Health Services.
Job Description:
As part of our committed healthcare team, the Medical Officer will handle patient consultations, perform clinical assessments, and implement treatment plans in line with professional medical standards. The Senior Medical Officer will additionally provide leadership, mentorship to junior staff, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients.
- Provide preventive, curative, and rehabilitative medical care.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns (for Senior Medical Officer).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
- Contribute to health education and community outreach programs.
