Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
  • Oversee payroll, leave administration, and benefits management
  • Support performance management and staff development
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Advise management on HR strategies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Good knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
