Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
- Oversee payroll, leave administration, and benefits management
- Support performance management and staff development
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Advise management on HR strategies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Good knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
