Job Description
Epiroc Ghana is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduate Trainee to support the maintenance, inspection and performance improvement of mechanical equipment used in mining and industrial operations.
The successful applicant will gain practical experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, reliability improvement and engineering procedures while developing the skills required for a successful engineering career.
Key Responsibilities
- * Assist with the inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- * Support the diagnosis and resolution of mechanical faults.
- * Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- * Monitor equipment performance and identify potential mechanical problems.
- * Assist in maintaining maintenance records and preparing technical reports.
- * Support efforts to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- * Comply with workplace safety requirements and engineering standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- * Must have completed one year of National Service.
- * Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery and maintenance practices.
- * Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- * Good communication and teamwork skills.
- * Willingness to learn and work in a mining or industrial setting.
