Job Description
Epiroc Ghana is seeking a Mining Engineering Graduate Trainee to support mining operations, equipment utilisation and operational efficiency initiatives.
The trainee will gain practical exposure to mining processes, site operations, equipment performance and safety practices. Working alongside experienced professionals, the successful candidate will develop the technical and operational skills needed to contribute to productive and safe mining activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring mining operations and equipment utilization.
- Support operational planning and the coordination of mining activities.
- Help collect and analyze production and equipment performance data.
- Participate in activities aimed at improving productivity and reducing operational delays.
- Assist with preparing operational reports and maintaining relevant records.
- Work with engineering and site teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Promote compliance with mining safety procedures and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or HND in Mining Engineering.
- Must have completed one year of National Service.
- Knowledge of mining methods, mine operations and relevant engineering principles.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a mining environment and learn from experienced professionals.
