JOB DUTIES:
- Manage heavy civil construction equipment and plant including excavators, graders, bulldozers, wheel loaders, rollers, asphalt plants, crushing plants and pavers.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans that maximize equipment utilisation, reliability and lifecycle across the fleet.
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations within a construction environment, coordinating repairs, servicing and spare parts to minimize equipment downtime.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on management of heavy civil construction equipment and plant is a mandatory requirement.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, equipment utilisation, reliability and lifecycle management within a construction environment.
