We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who thrives in a lean startup environment—someone who can lead a young, motivated engineering team, ship reliable software, and turn our technology roadmap into reality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate the company’s technology roadmap into actionable sprint plans and delivery milestones.
• Lead day-to-day development of our core platforms (mobile, web, APIs), working hands-on with the team where needed.
• Uphold security, reliability, and scalability standards across all products.
• Mentor and grow a young engineering team, balancing speed with discipline.
• Manage day-to-day engineering resourcing and contribute to build vs. buy recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement through agile practices and customer-focused engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years in software engineering, including 1+ years leading or mentoring a team.
• Experience building and scaling SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge (APIs, cloud infrastructure, security).
• Builder’s mindset: resourceful, fast-moving, and pragmatic.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
