1. Job Summary
We are conducting a massive recruitment drive for a leading Electronic Manufacturing Company at their state-of-the-art facility in Oragadam, Chennai. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join as Production Operators and Assembly Operators. 2. Key Responsibilities
Role A: Production Operator
- Operating and monitoring production machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring the smooth flow of production lines and meeting daily production targets.
- Performing quality checks on manufactured electronic components to maintain high-quality standards.
- Packing finished goods and labelling them correctly for dispatch.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area (5S compliance).
Role B: Assembly Operator
- Assembling electronic components, PCBs, and sub-assemblies with precision.
- Performing soldering, crimping, and wiring tasks as per technical drawings and work instructions.
- Inspecting assembled products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality norms.
- Working on SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and handling delicate electronic parts.
- Reporting any assembly issues or material defects to the supervisor immediately.
Common Responsibilities (Both Roles):
- Adhering to all safety and quality regulations within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shift-wise production goals.
- Maintaining accurate production/assembly records and shift handover reports.
3. Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:
- 10th Pass
- 12th Pass
- ITI (Any Trade)
- Diploma (Any stream)
- Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Gender & Age Criteria:
- Male Candidates: 18 to 30 Years
- Female Candidates: 18 to 35 Years
- Skills:
- Ability to work in 3 rotational shifts (Day/Evening/Night).
- Basic understanding of electronic components is an added advantage.
- Good eyesight and steady hand movement (for assembly work).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
