We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to plan, coordinate, monitor, and integrate all MEP-related works, ensuring quality delivery, compliance, and smooth project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Resolve design clashes and support design review meetings
- Coordinate MEP subcontractors and installation schedules
- Monitor progress, quality, testing, and commissioning activities
- Support procurement, inspections, and project handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in building services coordination
- Experience on residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or commercial developments
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and ELV systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with BIM/Revit is an advantage
