JOB SUMMARY
People & Partners Group Limited is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and professional National Service Personnel to join our dynamic HR Consultancy team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Consultancy Support

  • Assist senior consultants in the delivery of HR advisory services to client organizations across various sectors.
  • Support the development and review of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and job descriptions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of performance management systems, compensation structures, and talent management frameworks.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation for client hires.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Client Engagement & Administration

  • Liaise with client representatives to gather information, schedule meetings, and coordinate project deliverables.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and client reports under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Ensure all client communications are courteous, professional, and timely.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Compile, organize, and analyze HR data for client projects, including employee turnover analysis, compensation benchmarking, and training needs assessments.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, capability statements, and pitch decks for new business opportunities.

Internal Support & Learning

  • Assist the internal HR team with administrative tasks, filing, and record management.
  • Participate in internal team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities to develop consulting skills.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge management by documenting best practices and lessons learned from client engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Must have completed university and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Status: Must be eligible for National Service as a recent graduate.
  • Experience: Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, administration, or client-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (data manipulation, formulas, charts), PowerPoint (professional presentations), and Outlook (email and calendar management).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a courteous, professional, and confident manner with clients and colleagues.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Extreme detail orientation with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to report writing.
  • Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, interpret, and present information clearly and logically.
