Job Summary:
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the project's Quality Management Plan (QMP).
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Manage, supervise, and administer the implementation of QA/QC systems.
- Coordinate with project management, field teams, subcontractors, and inspectors.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed quality expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC management in construction or infrastructure.
- Professional certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
