About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive market expansion, and achieve business growth targets within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales excellence, and the ability to manage distribution networks while maintaining long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Drive market penetration and achieve sales growth targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies.
• Manage and motivate sales teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights for business planning.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and market developments.



Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in FMCG, logistics, or distribution industries.
• Proven track record in territory management and distributor development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
