About the Role:
CSquared is seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant to support the business on all finance-related and operational matters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decision-making through sound financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• Support audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective financial planning and control.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ICAG is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within the technology or telecom sector.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
