Job Description
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial health, implementing effective accounting procedures, and ensuring that the company meets all statutory requirements. You will supervise junior accountants, manage audits, and coordinate with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Supervise accounting staff and provide mentorship.
- Prepare tax returns and manage audit processes.
- Provide accurate financial analysis and reports for management decision-making.
