Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior Sales Executives to expand our presence within the
construction and development market in Accra and Tema. The role focuses on identifying
potential developer clients, generating qualified leads, and converting business
opportunities into confirmed projects.
The ideal candidates will be professionals with established networks in the local construction
ecosystem and the ability to engage decision-makers at developer and project-owner levels.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
* Identifying and prospecting development companies, and project owners in Accra
and Tema
* Generating qualified business leads within the construction and development sector
* Conducting client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements
and propose suitable solutions
* Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with developers,
consultants, and key stakeholders
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closure
* Coordinating with internal teams to support proposals, pricing, and client
requirements
* Maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales progress, and submitting
Required Qualifications
The following are mandatory requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the construction or relevant sector
* Proven track record of selling solutions or services to developers, contractors, or
project owners
* Fluency in English and Twi (spoken and professional communication)
* Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
* Ability to understand technical or project-based requirements and translate them
into commercial discussions
Preferred (not mandatory):
* Existing working relationships with decision-makers in the industry in Accra and/or
Tema
Desired Skills and Attributes
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
* Good understanding of Accra and Tema construction market dynamics
* Persistent, target-driven, and comfortable with field-based sales activity
* Commercially minded with a solution-oriented approach
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Performance Expectations
This role is performance-oriented.
* Expected to generate a minimum of 8-10 qualified leads per month
A qualified lead is defined as:
* A project owner or decision maker with an active or upcoming project
