Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the sales team across the Northern sector.
-Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
-Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
-Ensure product availability in all trade outlets.
-Monitor sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Degree in Marketing or related field
-3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG
-Strong leadership and team management skills
