THE ROLE
- Design and deliver training, workshops and learning pathways for the BAPX talent pool
- Coordinate the BAPX Talent Certification process and candidate readiness assessments
- Provide career advisory, CV development and interview coaching to professionals
- Track talent performance, activation and reputation scores — and close the gaps
- Grow and engage the talent community through referral and engagement drives
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business or a related field
- 2+ years in learning & development, training or talent management
- Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- A genuine passion for developing people and building communities
